Contract framework arrangement which will deliver subject sector area learning, as defined by the Sector Subject Area Classification System, for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. The contract framework will be made up by training contractors with experience of providing this learning and able to demonstrate an excellent track record of achievement coupled with quality assurance, reliability and flexibility. The framework contract is for 12 months with an additional 12 month option to extend. The contract will commence in August 2015.
