De Montfort University, Leicester wishes to appoint a contractor to provide Planned Maintenance and Repair Services for the Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure at De Montfort University, Leicester. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with options to extend the contract on a rolling basis of 1 year, subject to annual review and confirmation that the contractor is providing the services in accordance with the contract (including the service levels set out in the contract) and annual review of the costs payable for the provision of the services. The maximum term of the contract will not exceed 7 years.
