In view of the challenges facing the Health Board, it has been recognised that it needs to ensure the Board, Executive Team and senior leaders within its Unit structure, operate collectively as an organisation, to ensure the Board delivers. In order to support this, a major Board, Executive and senior leadership programme is being planned to commence in Autumn 2017.Expressions of interest are being sought from experienced and qualified providers that have a proven track record of delivering an Executive/Board level development programme within the NHS.Please email your expressions to laura.panes@wales.nhs.uk.
