Caerphilly County Borough Council sought a skilled supplier to provide preventative and reactive maintenance to plant machinery based at its Civic Amenity / Household Waste Recycling Sites (CA/HWR) and Waste Transfer Station (WTS).The Authority required the successful supplier to operate a 7 day-week service and that repairs carried out by the successful suppliers will be expected within the following timescales:•Plant Maintenance Repairs – 24 Hours to 48 hours•Emergency Plant Repairs – 2 to 4 Hours
