BPW Infrastructure Phase 2

BikePark Wales are looking to increase their infrastructure provision at Gethin Woodland Centre, and require a Project manager to handle the Planning Application, as well as Managing the site works and Sub-Contractors etc.The work may include the following(This is not exhaustive):1) Completing and proceeding with the Planning Application2) Overseeing the Construction of a Vehicle wash pad suitable for the minibus fleet3) Overseeing Drainage and trenching works4) Relocation of 20' containers5) Managing Sub-Contractors and application for payment6) Signing off work with Sub-Contractors and the Local Authority7) Producing Site plans and ProgrammesThe work is scheduled take place Autumn / Winter 2016, however this may change.Applicants should hold the following qualifications:1) A minimum of an IOSH Managing Safely qualification, NEBOSH would be preferred2) CSCS Card (Management)3) Substantial experience of working on a variety of project timescale and values4) Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of H&S, and working within live sites.Please send a covering letter and CV, along with your day / week rate to the information supplied.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=47600.
