We wish to install a small heating / air-conditioning system in each of 4 small offices. The offices comprise predominantly glass walls with suspended ceilings as shown in the photos in the attached tender document: Office are approximately 3 metres x 3 metres.Internal units to be fitted into the suspended ceilings.Internal controller to be wall mounted.External units to be mounted on the external flat roof. General:•All materials and labour to be supplied by contractor. •All Scaffolding and other access systems to be provided by contractor.•All waste to be removed by Contractor.•All measurements to be taken by contractor / tenderer.•Contractor is responsible for all insurances. Copies of policies may be requested to be submitted before contract is awarded.•Contract must be completed by 14th October 2022 or earlier.
