Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a 2 lot contractor framework for their upcoming 4-year development programme. The estimated value of this framework is 300 000 000 GBP (c. 200 000 000 GBP of this value will be attributed to connected's projects and c.100 000 000 GBP to additional framework users (see VI.3)).Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes. Connected produce new homes using a variety of procurement routes including works contracts, development agreements and joint ventures.Suppliers can only apply to 1 lot on this framework.
