Consultancy Services To Prepare a Development Appraisal including Concept Designs for the Island Sit

The Caernarfon Harbour Trust, in partnership with Welsh Government and Gwynedd Council, proposes to commission specialist consultants to prepare a detailed Development Appraisal along with concept designs will underpin and inform future proposals for the area. One of the key aims of this appraisal will be to retain as much of the existing fabric and character of the area as possible whilst ensuring the development will be sustainable over the long term. Please note that Gwynedd Council are not seeking the tenders as part of this contract but are working on the comission in partnership with the Caernarfon Harbour Trust
