CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF LEGAL SERVICES IN RELATION TO THE PROCUREMENT OF A SUPPLIER FOR THE OVERSEAS PRIME CONTRACT (SOUTH ATLANTIC ISLANDS)

Descriptions

(1)The Customer requires legal advice and support in relation to the selection and appointment of a single supplier to carry out hard and soft facilities management services in respect of the Authority's South Atlantic (non-UK) estate such facilities management services to be procured under the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 (SI 1848) and provided under the Overseas Prime Contract - South Atlantic Islands awarded pursuant to such regulations (such project being the Project). (2)The Customer has in respect of this requirement followed the call off procedure set out in paragraph 3 (Direct Award Procedure) of Panel Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of the Crown Commercial Services - Framework for General Legal Advice Services and has awarded this Legal Services Contract to the Supplier by way of direct award.
