Dacorum Borough Council (the Council) invites commercial golf operators to complete a questionnaire seeking views on the contract for the operation and management of Little Hay Golf Complex (LHGC). Located between Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire , Little Hay Golf Course is a 135-acre site containing • Standard 18-hole golf course • Short course s for par3, Foot-golf and Disc-golf • 23-bay floodlit driving range • Clubhouse facilities with Bar/restaurant with supporting professional kitchen, Pro Shop and Changing facilities Please note that the information provided in response to this questionnaire is for Preliminary Market Engagement purposes only and is NOT a tender process.
