Delivery of the 2015 Leadership in Action Management Programme.

Affinity Sutton is committed to the long term development of its managers and potential managers and has successfully run its “Leadership in Action” Leadership programme since 2008. Over 250 managers and potential managers have successfully completed the programme since its inception. Our 2014 programme consists of three Level 3 Award Programmes, two Level 3 Certificate Programmes, one Level 3 Award to Certificate Programme and one Level 4 Certificate Programme. We now wish to appoint a supplier to deliver our 2015 programme, which we expect to be broadly similar, with the option to extend the contact for a further 4 years.The supplier must be approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management to deliver Level 3 and 4 Leadership and Management programmes.The training programme should aim to:— Develop the leadership capabilities of delegates;— Inspire and motivate the delegates' learning;— Encourage informal learning by facilitating discussion of best practice examples across the various directorates;— Optimise the number of delegates who pass their assessments by providing good quality, timely and supportive feedback.As a result of attending the programme we expect the delegates will:— Demonstrate the improved leadership skills;— Be able to reflect on how they as individuals currently lead their teams;— Be able to identify the behaviours and skills that they may need to change or develop to effectively lead their teams;— Achieve the relevant ILM qualification.
