All Demolition Works must be carried out to BS6187 2011 Code of Practice for Demolition.•Carry out soft strip of all buildings, removing all soft strip arisings from site to a licensed facility.•Carry out remote demolition, placing hardcore arisings into a stockpile ready for crushing.•Grub up concrete slabs, foundations, hardstandings, roadways and footpaths to a depth of 1 metre, crushing all hardcore arisings down to 6F2 specificationThe tender will be split into two lots and tenderers can submit a response for one or both lots.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
