Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to develop and deliver the Leadership Development Programme for senior leaders within the organisation. The audience for this Programme will initially consist of approximately 120 senior leaders (9 group sessions).The methodology framework upon which the Programme has been designed includes the following elements:— Group Work;— Leadership Coaching;— Action Learning Sets;— MBTI Type II assessment or equivalent, and;— 360o online assessment against Invest NI's Values and Behaviours Framework.
