EP Kilroot Ltd (EPKL) is inviting tenders from qualified economic operators for the provision of a new water treatment system to be installed in Northern Ireland at its asset at Kilroot Power Station.The successful economic operator will be responsible for implementing EPKL's policy provision of the design, supply (via the purchase or hire of equipment), operation and maintenance of a water treatment system at Kilroot Power Station (the Works). The Works include: full factory acceptance testing; installation and commissioning; and, the ongoing operation and maintenance of the water treatment system on a twenty-four hour seven day week (24/7) operating basis.EPKL's best estimated approximate annual value of the contract, based on the historic spend for hire of the equipment and related maintenance services of the equipment, is GBP 390 000 (totalling GBP 1 560 000 over a potential four (4)-year contract term).
