The Swansea Bay City Deal is seeking to appoint a contractor to develop the business case for the SBCD Digital Infrastructure Project using the Green Book’s five case business model methodology. The successful contractor will be responsible for completing all aspects of the business case, including responding to feedback on draft business cases from SBCD’s governance structure and the UK and Welsh Governments and supporting the business case through to final draft within four months.
