Term contract for the electrical periodic inspection and testing of existing domestic electrical installations included tenanted properties, the Co-operatives office premises and common closes. The works will also include electrical repairs for certain faults identified during the testing process.The works may also include:— rewiring properties,— void property electrical inspections,— installation of radio linked smoke alarms and heat detectors,— periodic electrical inspection and certification of the Co-operatives office premises,— periodic appliance testing of office equipment.
