Life Sciences Hub Wales wish to procure access to an online platform which can host all of its events going forward. It is intended that this be a one-stop destination to manage registration, attend, and access resources related to our events programme.As well as hosting Life Sciences Hub Wales’s ongoing events programme, there is a requirement for capability to host larger multi-day conference-style events.[As an example, Life Sciences Hub Wales may host an online edition of the Tomorrow’s Health conference. The conference may be hosted over four days with each day having a standaloneheme, but existing under the umbrella and brand of Tomorrow’s Health 2021.]Life Sciences Hub Wales requires an online software platform to act as a virtual venue, including capabilities to manage delegate bookings and tracking, as well as hosting a range of content types and formats.Life Sciences Hub Wales requires a platform that is both easy to access and easy to use.
