Richmond CCG and London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) would like to invite Expressions of Interest from all suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver an Outcome Based Contract for Mental Health Services in Richmond Borough commencing April 2017. Richmond CCG and Council wish to support the transformation of adult Mental Health and Social Care services through the letting of a single host Outcomes Based Commissioning Contract (OBC). The new (OBC) contract will follow a new commissioning and payment approach which has been developed to promote and improve service delivery outcomes for our patients. This approach has been designed to support a more integrated and innovative approach to the delivery of adult Mental Health and Social Care services.
