ScopeAs part of a diversified income generation strategy, the Board of Trustees has made a commitment to explore a mix of creative and innovative options for either an additional use of the land or replacing the agricultural enterprises whilst maximizing the potential long and short term returns from the asset. The aim is to generate a substantial and sustainable source of unrestricted income for the Coleg whilst maintaining the college mission of being a land based college.Initially, the Board require the services of a suitably qualified consultant/s to undertake an independent assessment and business analysis of the options available. Further consultancy work may be offered at a later stage to support the implementation phase of any approved developments.
