The QS will monitor financial progress and report against the project budget and work closely with the project architect to ensure budgetary control.Summary of Quantity Surveying ServicesThe scope and nature of the duties to be carried out shall be those of a quantity surveyor. This brief amplifies the obligations of the QS and sets out specific services, which the QS shall perform.
