Provision of staff for a number of services at the Bank of England Sports Centre (SW15, 5JQ) as detailed below:— Manned guarding 24/7 — must be SIA approved;— Cleaning (7 days per week service);— Mechanical and engineering maintenance (7 days per week service).The value of the contracts is estimated at 550 000 per annum and the contract period will be 3 years from 1.7.2014 with the possibility to extend for 2 x 1 year extensions. Therefore a possibility of a 5 year contract.
