The new national scheme will be centred around the installation of insulation, heating and micro-generation measures in the homes of households who are identified as living in fuel poverty. The Managing Agent will be responsible for managing the customer journey which includes identifying the measures which are suitable for the dwelling, carrying out a technical survey, installing the measures, arranging a post-installation inspection and arranging billing of the Scottish Government and the customer, as appropriate.
