The contract needs are more fully described in Section One, Part B Specification, however, key features include: •Delivery of Two Hostel Based Services, Wharf House; a 30 Bed Unit located on Wharf Road, Doncaster and Open House Plus; a 26 Bed Unit located on College Road, Doncaster (until September 2025); see further details in specification document. •In addition to these provisions, the service also includes a Tenancy Support Element, which supports those with their own tenancies in their own homes. •An Outreach Provision, supporting and engaging with individuals who may be rough sleeping across the borough of Doncaster.
