The works are to be undertaken within the Llyr Building fish breeding labs within theSwansea University Singleton Campus.The works consist in providing new DX heating and cooling to three laboratories.The proposed works will be undertaken within a live working environment andongoing consultation with the client, stakeholders and building users will be critical toscheme success.All works will need to meet all statutory compliance requirementsWorks to be undertaken by the main contractor will be, but not limitedo enabling works, installation of new equipment, decoration, making good, installation ofelectrical sub-distribution circuits and controls.All works should be capable of withstanding the local marine environment.Further information is available within the technical specification documents.
