Lancashire County Council (the Council) is inviting tenders for investment management and investment fund management services to be provided to the Council and its wholly owned subsidiary Lancashire County Developments Limited (LCDL) in relation to the Rosebud Fund.Rosebud is a finance loan and equity funding scheme provided by the Council and LCDL for growing businesses in Lancashire.This tender is for the establishment of a single provider contract whereby the successful tenderer will be asked to provide the services outlined in the contract documentation of this tender from 1.4.2019 for a period of 5 years.
