Procurement of a «Lead Provider» of home based care and support Services for each of 6 geographical areas of Nottinghamshire.Lead Providers will deliver the majority of Nottinghamshire County Council commissioned individual care and support packages to service users living in their own homes in the community and to designated residents of any extra care housing schemes within the area.Due to the inclusion of personal care tasks, lead providers are required to be appropriately registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
