North Wales Housing are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Lift Maintenance Services to include the servicing, ad-hoc repairs, fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance of passenger lifts and lifting equipment and some upgrading of older or obsolete passenger lifts within the properties.The Service Provider will be accredited to ISO 9001 or 9002 and be registered with the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA). All relevant copy documentation will be submitted upon Contract award.
