Descriptions
A service-solution to provide equipment, just-in-time consumables, service and maintenance and best-practice operational efficiency directions to deliver required test-outcomes as agreed in key performance indicators. The contract will cover haematology, biochemistry, immunoassay and coagulation analysers with associated sample processing. Staffing resource will remain the responsibility of BHR.The contract is for 7 years with an option to extend for a further 7 years. It is expected that a refresh of solution and technology would be included on contract extension.
