The objectives of the contracted work are to record Grey seal pup production and survival, adult/pup behaviour and cases of disturbance to breeding seals for the Skomer Island populationSeal pup production and survival are monitored to provide a measure of the size and health of the grey seal population, which is an Annex II feature of Pembrokeshire Marine SAC.
