The Share Space — Phase 2 project is for the provision of:• an indoor sports arena (RUBB — BVL system or similar) with multi use floor (sprung floor system)• an integral two storey building to accompany the sports arena which will include:— treatment and counselling rooms,— office and conference space,— fitness suite,— strength and conditioning suite,— changing facilities,— multi-purpose rooms,— café,— shared reception space,— mechanical and electrical services,— external spaces including car and coach parking and landscaping.Whilst the project is a standalone project with clear access to the site, it will be constructed within the existing Newforge Country Club site which will remain live throughout the project duration.
