The Activity Plan will cover interpretation, community engagement, formal and informal learning, volunteering and training and will be written according the Heritage Lottery Fund's Activity Planning Guidelines (October 2012).The consultant will produce an Activity Plan according to HLF Activity Plan guidelines (2012). The Plan will be the copyright of the client. Strict confidentiality should be maintained with regard to legal and financial information provided by or obtained for the project but the rest of the Plan will be made publicly available. The consultant will clear the copyright for any illustrations or other material used.
