Newport City Council seeks to appoint a consultant to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for the capital programme, undertake the evaluation and write the Evaluation Plan for the delivery phase of its project to restore Newport Transporter Bridge and create a new Visitor Centre.The delivery phase will run from April 2021 until the conclusion of the project in March 2025, with the Museum opening in the spring of 2023.
