Newport City Council seeks to appoint a consultant to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework and write the Evaluation Plan for the delivery phase of its project to restore Newport Transporter Bridge and create a new Visitor Centre.The delivery phase will run from April 2021 until the conclusion of the project in March 2025, with the Museum opening in the spring of 2023. The role of the consultant will be to co-ordinate the evaluation of the activity and interpretation aspects of the project and write the final Evaluation Plan in keeping to NLHF evaluation guidance. Staff and volunteers will carry out the actual collection of evaluation data during the delivery phase.
