The provision of a parking enforcement IT managed services solution, including all of the following elements;On Street Enforcement - Software used by Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs), and primarily accessed through a mobile device. The software is used to record PCNs, check online permits and monitor the activity of CEOs.PCNs and Debt Recovery - Back office software for Parking Services staff to process PCNs, correspondence and payments. The software may also use third party checking applications, such as a credit agency or another Council system.Permits - End to end management of the permit process for all types of permit including resident, visitor, business, skips, Blue Badges, Freedom Passes, suspensions and dispensations. The software manages the permit process from the initial application (online or otherwise) through to exporting data for printing. The printing of permits is not included.CCTV Enforcement - Back office software used to capture live PCNs and processing corresponding images and videos. The software will also be capable of automating parts of this process currently undertaken manually.
