With the decline in the slate industry the business has, over the last 45 years, diversified into tourism.Our business in Blaenau Ffestiniog continues to grow and we wish to convert a large Victorian house/office building into a 24 bedroom hotel to provide more quality accommodation in the area.Planning permission has been obtained (Gwynedd C14/1177/03/LL)and drawings and a specification have been developed by SmithBrooke architects. The work required is to convert the building into a Hotel. Note that provision of utility services will be handled directly by the buyer.
