Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement Consortia which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include Social Hosing Providers, Local Authorities, Universities, NHS Trusts and regional Police Forces. EEM wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors, each of which will provide property improvement and alteration works to domestic, corporate, commercial and void properties, to support members in maintaining property stock standards.Our framework will cover all elements of planned major and minor refurbishment schemes, including works across multiple sites.Please note we are looking for contractors who can cover all aspects of property improvement works as we will not be splitting this framework into trade specific lots and appointing contractors for single elements of works.
