Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) is seeking to appoint consultants to develop and deliver a digital ‘passport’, interpreting the Blaenavon World Heritage Site (WHS) and providing information on activities, attractions, events and visitor information in the Blaenavon World Heritage Site The project aims to develop high quality content for dissemination through a range of digital media applications and QR codes to become the local portal for digital tourism information for visitors to the World Heritage Site. There is a limited budget for this project and tenders over the value of £68,000 cannot be considered.Suitably qualified consultants with a proven track record in digital heritage and tourism need only applyThe contract period is approximately 4 to 6 weeks and the contract completion date for this brief is no later than the 28th March 2013
