EMSCU working on behalf of the NEP and Contracting Authority will be carrying out a tender under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for the requirement outlined below and in the attached documents. Suppliers are invited to register via returning the attached SQ and registering for an engagement day 2.5.2018 venue TBC, Following evaluation of the SQ’s 3 bidders will be invited to tender. An overview of the requirement is as follows:— PMO Function,— productivity services,— identity access management,— national management centre,— security risk management.Required to enable UK police forces to have a secure platform and national standards to enable new digital ways of working and collaborating that underpin the Policing Vision 2025; whilst maintaining the autonomy for local decision-making and the control of their digital assets in particular related to IAM, Productivity Services, Cyber Security and Security Risk Management.
