The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy and Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (BACA and PACA).The two schools are approximately 8 miles apart from each other. The catering service at each school is operated by different contract catering contractors. The schools are looking to consolidate the catering services to one supplier and gain efficiencies, both financially and operationally.The catering contract awarded will be a fixed price contract for a minimum 3 years duration.The schools are also looking for catering contractors to invest and improve the catering services mainly in marketing and promoting to increase pupil uptake and deliver a 'Best in Class' service.The contract will commence on 1.9.2015.
