The Transport and Highways Development Team in partnership with Parish and Town Councils will offer advice and support to any Operator in this respect. Adherence to the terms and conditions in this document should ensure an appropriate level of service is provided. This includes protecting the general welfare of the passengers whilst travelling and ensuring they reach their destination safely and in exceptional circumstances assisting passengers boarding and alighting the vehicle.
