IntroductionOver the course of the next 6-months we are looking to recruit up to 30 new posts to the organisation. We are looking to outsource the majority of the recruitment process to support us to deliver this.Until now, the majority of our recruitment activity has been managed in house by our HR Team but we want to free up capacity to undertake other HR related projects.The HR Team will continue to deliver on business-as-usual recruitment that falls outside of the scope of this project.What is required / ‘The Requirements’We are looking for a partner to manage end-to-end recruitment process for around 30 unique vacancies over a 6-month period.Elements to be outsourced will include:1.Candidate attraction, advert design, placement and promotion.2.Receiving and managing applications through a Applicant Tracking System* (we don’t currently have our own ATS)3.Communication with candidates throughout the process4.Arranging interviews (the interviews and any associated tasks or presentations, will be conducted our end though assistance in scheduling will be required)5.Pre-employment screening (Referencing and right to work checks)6.Evaluation of the recruitment process after each phase, including the supply of recruitment analytics (equalities monitoring data, attraction rates etc)Please see Specification for more informationNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=120032.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
