Refurbishment of Technology Building
Descriptions
During 2020 the University of Huddersfield intends to procure a construction partner to manage the refurbishment of its ‘Technology Building’ with an anticipated contract value of circa 5 000 000 GBP. The procurement will adopt a traditional approach via a restricted procedure. A detailed design prepared by a University appointed design team will be issued to the shortlisted contractors for pricing. The tender assessment will be based upon a combination of cost and quality weighting.
