Replacement of PHE's Current Case and Incident Management System (CIMS)
Descriptions
Public Health England (PHE) is intending to replace the current Case and Incident Management System (CIMS) used by PHE to support the assessment, management and control of communicable disease cases and incidents across England. The Invitation to Tender will be published (expected to be mid-November, 2020) via Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Products and Associated Services (TePAS) Framework RM6068, Lot 3 – Software and Associated Services. As the Invitation to Tender will be published via a framework, PHE will not initially be engaging directly with software publishers. Only the suppliers on Lot 3 of that framework will be able to respond, however, PHE is seeking Software as a Service (SaaS) which will be able to offer services and implementation via suppliers already on Lot 3 of the framework and/or their 3rd party sub-contractors: https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6068:3/lot-suppliers If you have a UK hosted SaaS service that has at least 5 years use as a Case
