Newport City Homes Housing Association Limited undertake A Resident Satisfaction survey using the HouseMark STAR survey.This is conducted 4 times a year sampling around 2,000 and expecting around 500 responses each time. The survey is currently conducted on paper only on A4 sheet folded to give 4 sides.The next survey is being sent out to a quarter of our residents on Friday 7th June and responses are due back in on the 24th June.Newport City Homes are seeking a contractor to undertake the Scanning of the 4 leaf folded survey form (3 sides scanned only) and to create an Excel spreadsheet of the responses. Questions are predominantly coded (5 point Likert scale) with two open text fields that require OCR.
