Mariners Quay is a residential scheme with 3 x 6 storey blocks of apartments;Mariners Court, Ocean Court and Merchant Court are all based on East Dock Road, Newport, NP20 2HN.We require costs for Merchant Court only.Tenders are invited for individual block cost for the erection and hire of scaffolding for the external painting at Merchant Court only.All costs should be covered to include all labour and materials plus any costs for any permits required and the scaffold inspection regime. Should the hire need to be extended the additional weekly hire needs to be highlighted.Anticipated length of time of hire to be 8 weeks for the block (subject to weather)
