1.1. North Somerset Council is seeking to put in place a framework agreement for the delivery of Capita SIMS & FMS Support, Admin Network Support and hosted solutions for Capita SIMS & FMS.1.2. Whilst North Somerset Council will be an advocate for the successful supplier(s) under the framework there is no obligation from our schools and academies to adopt the chosen solution.1.3. It is our intention that this framework starts on the 1.9.2014 for an initial period of two years. There will be an option to extend the contract for a single year two times by written agreement of both parties.
