The site is located in Central Cardiff flanked by St. Mary's Street and The Hayes and connected by two arcades - The Royal & Morgan respectively. The scheme is a Grade 2 Listed Building. The Council is seeking quotes for the installation of a variety of working at height safety equipment to minimise the risk of falling from height.
