The St John of God Hospitaller Housing Association (SJoG HA) wishes to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of day to day responsive repairs, void property works, maintenance and/or improvement works, mechanical and electrical cyclical works and out of hours emergency works.Specifically The SJog HA wishes to enter into Works Requirement with a Service Provider fully inclusive 24 hour 365 days per year (including holidays) measured term response repairs maintenance contract (all trades). The main areas of work are as follows:•Day to day response repairs Building•Day to Day response repairs Mechanical•Day to Day response repairs Electrical•Improvement works for the above up to a value of €50k.•Disabled adaptations•Change of Tenancies
