There are 16 existing cleaning staff who under TUPE regulations are eligible to transfer to the new contract. The service includes: internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour. To include in the fixed price all routine and non-routine cleaning. A daily janitorial service is required during normal school hours.
