Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority are seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out the following services in relation to its Transformation Programme (which will involve the redevelopment, remodelling and and extension of existing fire stations at Biddulph and Stafford):— Project Management Services,— Surveyor,— Budget and initial cost flow planning,— Manage planning process,— Manage the procurement of a contractor for the fire station at Biddulph and the fire station and life skills centre at Stafford; and— Act as CDM-C and Contract Administrator under the resulting contractor's JCT D&B contract.
